Chapter 1016: Bloodline Curse (Part 2)

"I can do it!!"
Hagrid withdrew his warhammer and raised it again, hitting the back of one of those ancient warriors.
With a dull loud noise, the executioner's armor burst into pieces of gold and red.
He fell down and never got up again. Ur also climbed up from the ground.
The battle is coming to an end. The scrap iron block Wiken tightly clamps the core of the demon with two mechanical arms. The monster from the chaotic void repeatedly beats the buried Ouke’s steel body with tentacles, but this can’t let A soldier who had faced death directly felt the least fear.
The weird chaotic flame jumped around the demon, but Wicken remained motionless.
With a thick white steam coming out of the joints, the fearless mecha slammed with his arm and instantly tore the demon into pieces.
The dazzling light flashed in the bunker, and the horrified screams echoed in the air, but it came to a halt.
The demon disappeared, and the Oaks won.
After the battle, the special warfare boys maintained a vigilant posture for a while before trimming.
Hagrid leaned against his warhammer and stood panting beside the enemy's body. Koresh was checking the injury for Ur, and the other guards gathered together, waiting for the next order.
In Ur's ears, Koresh's voice sounded so far away, and the side effects of paying the medicine before began to work wonders.
"This is the last place, it is very special, there is a key clue, I know that the blood worship will definitely vow to protect this place."
No matter what the other party said, Ur was exhausted.
"The order I received was to destroy it, the other...not important."
   "Not yet."
Using chaotic energy to expel Ur's wounds with special techniques, Koresh straightened his waist and turned to the open door. This is the lowest layer leading to the bunker.
"You may be able to take a look... I mean, I hope you can come too, this place makes me a little uncomfortable."
   "You don't know what's here?"
"Just guess, not sure, the archbishop gave very little information."
Koresh said, reaching out to the bunker himself, and his attendant followed him.
Ur glanced at Hagrid, and the other person tilted his head towards him, and then two Oaks followed.
Under the bunker, there is a huge shrine. Koresh is using his hand lamp to illuminate some stone flues on the wall.
The scattered dust flew in the beam of light, thus showing the flow of air.
   "Ventilation duct, recently used."
   Wendigos said suddenly.
"what?"
"This is not a relic, it is very old, yes, but it was still in use not long ago."
Ur watched the other party pacing in the temple.
"So?"
Koresh pointed to the large and small colored pottery bowls on the steps around the altar.
"These sacrifices include fish and grains, and resin, and I estimate that they are less than a week old."
"So what are you looking for?"
Ur looked around and didn't see anything that interested him.
"I do not know."
  Koresh spread his hands. "
But the whole temple is to protect something, right? We need to tune an excavator, we need to figure out what is hiding behind these statues. "
   "I can't wait that long."
"That's really embarrassing, this is the reality, because these important commands related to the overlord, the protection of them is the primary goal."
"Cut, don't talk about these farts."
Hagrid suddenly shouted loudly, terrifying the attendants who were tidying up the temple items.
Then the big man walked towards the solemn grave gods. People were staring at him. Several people took a breath and saw that he had really come to the steps at the foot of the altar.
"Please come down, come down, my dear Mr. Hagrid."
Hagrid carefully moved to the second step, almost able to look directly at the dignified gods.
"They are just some dried shrimps."
he repeated, raising his right hand, pointing to the moonstone eye of the nearest statue.
"Look at these eyes, you said, can these eyes sell a lot of teeth?"
He turned his head and glanced at the nervous audience. Although Ur's face was hidden in the shadows, Hagrid could perceive him smiling.
   "Come down, Hagrid."
  Koresh repeated again.
   "Look at these eyes."
   Hagrid ignored it.
"Are you all corpses? Didn't you feel anything wrong? Can you feel that they will stare at you, right? Please, who said something!"
"Yes, I feel... its eyes seem to move."
   A Wendigo whispered awkwardly.
   "I can't hear clearly, loud!"
"This is one of the oldest temples of the blood worship in the New World. It is not surprising that anything happens, but the guardians of the temple are dead and they have no threat."
Koresh hopes to hit the point directly and quickly end Hagrid's one-man show.
"Yes, that's right, Hagrid knows, thank you, Xiami... but this eye, you must know what to order."
Hagrid jumped from the steps. Several team members exclaimed in alarm, but the huge Oke did not knock over or crush any crumbling pottery bowl.
"I think this thing is alive, keep it away, don't come close."
   "Done talking?"
"If you get closer as I did, you will find a carved trace on it, a circle at the edge, and a dot in the middle."
   "What does it represent?"
  Koresh's pretending look.
"You want it to represent anything."
Hagrid shouted, pointing at Koresh and looking at Ur.
"He is lifting the bar completely!"
"It represents the eye of God."
Suddenly, a member said nervously.
"The only one who knows everything."
Koresh stared at Howur, his scorching eyes unrelenting under the stained glass of the goggles.
   "This is a family."
   He said softly.
"They represent a bloodline, a sculptural family portrait, you can see the gender distinction, the difference in height, and the distribution of positions, from which you can speculate on the kinship, family status and personal responsibilities..."
Koresh walked down the steps, looking up at the statues.
"...The two statues at the top are the tallest, one male and one female, highly respected, followed by many children, possibly a total of two generations, including their respective families and servants, the eldest son and the eldest daughter are of higher status, these statues Recording the heritage of blood, this is a family."
"I don't care about your strange so-called family."
  Ur hummed.
   "What might they be guarding?"
Koresh walked past Ur and looked at the altar.
"I'll tell you, this is a tomb, this is behind a statue... a tomb."
finished, he sighed as if the whole person was deflated.
"Oh, I know your shrimps like to bury in the soil after they die."
"This is the tomb of the Waterley family."
Koresh almost spoke the back words~EbookFREE.me~ This family is the first group of immigrants who arrived in the New World, and the number even occupies one third of the number of colonists. So far, few people can understand why This ancient family will travel across the ocean to a strange land. "
He came to the altar and tried to pick up a book, but just touching it, the thick pages turned into fly ash instantly.
"Their family has already been corrupted, they are the seeds, sow the corruption to the earth, in order to corrupt this land... The Waterley family has long since perished in history, but their bloodline is not."
"What do you want to say?"
Koresh turned sharply, looked at Wuer with a blank face, and whispered:
"I want to say... The Waterley family is the real sacrifice to the Gate of Blood Bronze. Other people can't complete this ritual no matter how much they die. This is their family's curse in the bloodline! They are the food on the table of the blood god. !"
"But don't you say they are all done."
"No! The Waterley family just disappeared from people's vision, but their ancient bloodlines have not been cut off, and they are still spreading very widely. As the earliest colonizers, no one knows how many people have a meager Water. The blood of the Lei family."
"so?"
Ur frowned, feeling that things had become complicated.
"So... the overlord wants to stop the appearance of the Blood Bronze Gate and can only kill everyone... all the people on this continent!"
