Chapter 6: Target island

Char pointed at the mouse next to him, turned and walked up the stairs.
The bandage didn't care about the wounds on his face, and he followed the hook after performing a Fatan religion.
When the two were getting on the boat, the hook stretched out his right hand, and the dagger was directly inserted into the chest of the believer on the left.
"Ahhhhh!!" The screams resounded throughout the harbor.
Other people in the port saw that they were the black robes of Fatanists, and did not dare to be nosy, and lowered their heads to be busy with their own affairs.
Charles turned his head to see this scene with disgust on his face, which is why he didn't want to contact Fatanism before. He turned his head and shouted at Dip who had rushed to watch the excitement. "Don't look, pull the anchor and set sail!"
The hook pulled hard, and a beating heart appeared in his hand. He took the heart and came to the side of the mouse, wiping something against the hull, still whispering something in his mouth.
"Go away, don't touch my boat with that disgusting thing." Charles instantly took out his revolver and pointed at his head.
"Captain Charles, with this thing, your ship will be protected by the Mighty One."
"I don't need it!" Charles put his finger on the trigger.
Seeing that Charles didn't seem to be joking, he smiled slightly with the hook of the heart, bowed slightly and took a step back.
"Captain Charles, we believers of God Futan have always been polite and friendly to others, why are you always biased against us?"
Looking at the heart in his hand, Charles didn't bother to explain.
Under the gaze of the hook, the rat's chimney began to emit black smoke and slowly sailed towards the dark ocean.
"Deep, help me steer the helm." After Charles shouted to the captain, he brought a bandage to the captain's room.
A yellow sea chart was laid out on the table. This chart was not detailed. Only a few islands in the large black area were marked.
There is only this kind of port that can be bought, and more detailed maps are controlled by the Explorers Association.
"Where are your things? How far is it from the coral island?"
The bandaged right hand pointed precisely to a point in the darkness without any marking.
"Unexplored area..." Charles was mentally prepared for this answer. It is impossible to get such a high reward for an island that has been explored.
"What does your holy thing look like?" Charles continued to ask.
The bandage got stuck for a while before he slowly said: "The statue of the Holy Lord..., the golden..."
Although it was a bit choppy, his voice was unexpectedly young, and it sounded like a teenager in the changing voice period.
   "Is that a relic?"
   "..."
"What's the danger on that island?"
   "..."
Faced with Charles's further question, the bandage did not answer and was silent.
"You go to the helm, 12-24 is your time, during the period you have to go to the toilet or something, you can let Dipp take the helm for you for a while, I taught him to steer."
The bandage stood up silently and walked outside.
Charles kept tapping his fingers on the table and sorting out his thoughts. It was easy to say, finding something to bring back, but if it was really easy, Fatanism would not find outsiders.
That place must be very dangerous. The chief mate sent by Futan did not suggest that there are two possibilities. One is that I really don’t know. The guys who lined up before have sunk to the bottom of the sea and can’t transmit information.
The other kind is extremely dangerous, and I am afraid of scaring myself away and deliberately concealing it. No matter which one is good news, I can only take one step at a time.
The sea trip was very depressing. The Rat was small and pitiful, and the environment for activities was limited. Fortunately, everyone was used to it except the two new sailors.
Charles was a little worried at first, the new chief mate, secretly guarding him, but after a few days of getting along, he found that the guy called the bandage was nothing unusual except for his slow speech and strange attire.
When he was at the helm, he seemed to be very good at it. Charles' caution was put down for a section, but it did not completely disappear.
As the navigation mark slowly disappeared, the Mouse slowly sailed into an unknown area where no one had set foot.
Without the location of the light spot in the distance, the spirits of everyone on the ship began to tense. There is a saying in the earth and sea that when the ship enters an unexplored area, the seabed has reserved a place for the crew.
But a few days passed, and the fierce battle that Charles expected did not come. The sea was as calm as a lake, standing on the bow of the boat and looking down, all around it was still ink.
This kind of calmness is not at all reassuring, it seems to be the peace before the storm, depressing and suffocating.
Charles was very tense, patrolling the deck day and night, for fear of something running on the boat underwater.
The searchlight on the ship pierced the darkness like a beam of light, and the light brought a little sense of security to the crew.
  " Crossing July 1, 8th, sunny
Everything is still normal today. This kind of substantive depression is about to drive my crew crazy. The kid Dip knelt on the deck whenever he had time, praying to various gods.
I stopped him, the gods of Earth Sea are not so good to worship, and talking nonsense is easy to get angry.
Fortunately, the chef found a litter of mice in the warehouse, which distracted them. Watching them carefully and carefully feed the mice, I felt a little emotional.
They are accompanied, but what about me? Why was I alone when I was crossing, and I was so lonely alone? If only I had a companion at UU reading www.uukanshu.com. "
After the ink dried, Charles closed the diary and put it in the cabinet.
From the bottom of the cabinet, he took out a square glass bottle with brown liquid on his forearm, and took a sip from his forearm. The dizzy feeling relaxed his tight brain.
Charles never knew why someone likes to drink, the bitter taste is like horse urine, but he now knows.
Tired brain needs more alcohol numbness, but Charles did not drink any more. Two sips can be relaxed, but alcoholism will dispel the determination to go home.
At this time, cheers suddenly came from outside. Charles was taken aback, and quickly put the wine bottle on the deck.
Sailor Captain Dip rushed to Charles and danced in excitement, his face flushed red and he couldn't say anything.
Charles's gaze crossed the ship's edge and looked into the darkness in the distance. Under the illumination of the searchlight, a huge monster appeared directly in front of the Rat. It was an island. They arrived.
The steam ship approached the shore slowly, but the cheers slowly disappeared. I saw 8 steam ships, large and small, docked along the coast of this island. The ships did not move like coffins on the sea.
"Why... why are there so many boats? How about them?" The nervous Dip's voice was trembling, and no one answered the question.
Looking at the island at this time, everyone's heart is covered with a shadow.
Charles did not rush to get to the island, and directly took Dip and James to jump to the nearest steamship.
There is no blood, no chaos, no shortage of fuel and food, everything is normal, except for the crew.
Charles suddenly thought of something, he slammed into the captain's room and found the hidden diary through a box and a cabinet.
